Hi I have slight pain at the end of when I pass urine only sometimes and always feel like I need to go toilet, I also have an uncomfortable tickly sort of feeling inside my vagina every now and then only recently started happening and I don't no what it is. Help!
Your history suggests that you might be suffering from urinary tract infection, stone in the bladder or some obstructive uropathy. Hence your urine has to be examined for culture and sensitivity and appropriate antibiotic. You may also need an ultrasonography of the abdomen to search for stone etc,. For immediate relief of your pain you can take tablet containing mefanemic acid and dicylomine. Your vaginal discomfort may be due to infection of bartholin's gland cyst or fungal or bacterial infections of vagina. Hence you may also need a gynecological checkup.
