What Causes Painful Abscess On The Inner Thigh Along With Lower Back Cramps?

Hi I am 36 years old and have had ovarian cysts and abnormal menstruation, this month when I had my period I noticed a big abscess in my right groin on the inside of my upper thigh. There is also an extreme cramping on my lower back, is this something that I should see my doctor right away for?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is different conditions you have, first of all ovarian cyst and it need to be managed accordingly, irregular menses some time may not need any treatment, for the abscess it may need some surgical intervention, and antibiotic, for the cramp just wait for some time it will be oaky, over all it is advisable to have a word with physician, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
