What Causes Pain Under Breast Bone Radiating To Back?
I have pain under my breast bone like maybe air but nothing comes out. I also have pain in my lower left side of my back and pain from my anus some times. I think it might be something serious but my doctors seem stumped or do not believe me. any idea what this might be?

This could be due to Hyperacidity, or may be due to muscular spasm.
Try to maintain good posture.
Avoid coffee, alcohol, spicy food prior to bed
Meditation:
Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
