This is an area of the body that often has discomfort due to heart problems/heart attack. While there could be gastric stimulation, dyspepsia, esophageal spasm and other MILD symptoms from stimulants like methamphetamine, heart stimulation is more associated with stimulants. Too much stimulation of the cardiovascular system causes heart attacks. And symptoms in the GI tract are often associated with heart problems. Also, in theory there can be an abdominal embolism that is stressed/ruptured from stimulants and this is lethal if there is rupture of the large vessel (aorta).
