What Causes Pain Radiating From The Back Of The Hip To The Neck?
My right Scapula was fractured 02/14/2014, and shoulder has needed replacement since. Also C-3 through c-7 had the degeneration of a 50 year old when i was 21 years of age in 2004. I also herniated a disk in my neck at this time. I am currently experiencincing severe pain starting in the back of my right hip that radiates up into the top of my neck/right shoulder/chest. M shoulder has also been falling asleep over the blade. I am going to urgent care and would like to know what medications will help with my nerve/muscle/cervical pain, help my insomnia so i can sleep, and help with my anxiety/panic disorder. Also, are pain relieving injections an option/available?

I really appreciate your concern, the over all symptoms given here could be due to some functional disorder and it may not be due to any disease it is advisable to come out of this condition, you can try Tab Amitriptyline three times in day with Tab Duloxetine, but prior to this better to see the psychiatrist for better treatment hope this information helps.
