What Causes Pain On The Testicles After The Intercourse?

I suffer from pangs and pain in my testicles, it starts after intercourse for a day or two and disappear, but increasingly initiated and lasts for a week and the pain became more and more powerful, the last sexual relationship I did a few days ago and so far there is pain. I am too shy to go to the doctor and that makes me afraid that something will happen.

Thanks for query.

The pain in Testicles after intercourse is likely to ge due infection of testicle (Orchitis).

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis .
1) urine routine and culture
2) Semen examination and cukture
3) Ultrasound Scanning of the scrotum.

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.
