I have had an ache in my penis since March. I notice it on and off during each day. Some days are worse than others, almost alternately. The ache goes away almost completely overnight. I notice it only slightly when I urinate. Then it comes back the next day. I have also had spit stream urination for maybe a month now when the stream pressure is low. The left stream is often so far to the side that it goes on the floor. When stream pressure is high, there is only one normal stream. My urologist did a cystoscopy 3 months ago and found nothing abnormal. What could be causing these issues? Could it be some kind of blockage? I am 60 years old. Also I have been very depressed for over a year and a half now. Could that somehow manifest itself like this? That is what my urologist implied. I can t believe that could be true. Thanks
