What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Pelvis During Pregnancy?

I recently found out that I am pregnant but have not seen a doctor yet. I started bleeding and it lasted for 10 days. It wasn t heavy it was clots. Is that normal during early pregnancy? I ve had minor pain on the left side of my pelvis. I am also feeling little gurgling like movements in my stomach. Is all of this normal? Am I still pregnant after bleeding for 10 days?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

I am sorry but it is possible that you may not still be pregnant if there is a history of prolonged bleeding.
Implantation bleeding can occur at the beginning of pregnancy but it does not last for this length of time and it is usually mild.
This can vary however so you should consider a repeat pregnancy test after the bleeding stops.

Wish you the best

I hope this helps
