HI,

I get occasional pain in the right side just about half to 1 inch above form where the penis connects to the body. sometimes the pain radiates to the left testicles. Sometimes I do not wear any underwear but during this pain i like something holding the balls up. Over a period of time I have been monitoring and notice that having sex esp with good foreplay creating a hard erection, the pain almost goes away instantly. Mastrubation does not help much as the intensity is not the same. In short frequent good sex seems to be the solution (by frequent I mean 1 to 2 times a week at min) but reality is there are some times I go without for 3-4 weeks as my partner is not all fired up often enough on sex.

Could you pls advise on what my prob could be and what I could do to avoid this. This is a prob that I am encountering in the past year or so - I am 45yr.
