General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the right testicle and the groin, indicates that there is a neurological component. There can be an obstruction in the ureter that causes such a referred pain and can be diagnosed by Intra-venous pyelography.
Cystoscopy to see any bladder pathology.
Hernia to see there is no stretching of the nerves.
Local examination for epidicymoorchitis.
Proper antibiotic cover with anti-inflammatory medicine can help. Srotal support. Recheck for varicocele as this is missed sometimes .
