What Causes Pain Near The Testicles And In Groin Region?

i have a sharp pain on my left side near my testicles and groin and it happens after i sit for a while and then stretch. it really hurts for those couple of seconds. i also have right side rib cage pain and back pain right behind the rib cage. could they be related?

1.The symptoms you have mentioned are seen in the inflammatory condition of the testis.
2.The investigation of choice in the testicular region is ultrasound scrotum,
3.Ultrasound will help in assessing the parenchyma, presence of any free fluid, thickness of the chord, epididymis status.
4.Treatment in this case is antibiotic course which helps.
5.I don't think there is any where related to the pain below ribs and back - possibly its musculo-skeletal pain. Good luck.
