What Causes Pain Near The Anus?

hi. when I was 12 weeks pregnant,i noticed some pained at the bottom part of my back,almost at the anus. Unfortunately, I lost my baby at 20weeks. my water broke while i was asleep. could this have been a sign of danger? i still have the pain.am i suffering from lavator ani syndrome? please help

Your query being appreciated, sorry to hear that, what the condition you had these are not related with each you must be having muscular pain but it may not caused the abortion or miscarriage, if the pain is still there then it must be muscular pain some time it may be fibromyalgia, but again I would say that that may not caused the abortion, more or less the Lavator ani syndrome is also related with some functional element and that is not the reason for miscarriage, hope this information helps.
