What Causes Pain Near Appendix During Pregnancy?

my daughter looks kike she is pregnant with her swollen abdomine. She has pain where she had her appendix out when she was only 5yo. she says it is painful, she eats a lot of greens and fiber and drinks a lot of water.She sleeps when she is not eating or working. Soonest apt with Dr. is 6-16-15. What can she do until then?
