What Causes Pain In Wrist And Fingers After Punching Someone?

Hi I punched someone in the head last night twice and my wrist hurts real bad not sure if it's broken it hurts when I put pressure on my middle finger and my pointing finger, just wondering of there's any sure fire ways to know if I should hit up the doc or if it's worth it

After going through your query I cancluded that you may be having fracture metacarpal bones as pressure over them is painful.Sure ways to find the fracture is x ray. You can get x ray wrist and hand and if it show fracture you should visit orthopaedics doctor for consultation.Otherwise you can use crepe bandage and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief.It will gradually heal.Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery.
