What Causes Pain In Vagina And Diarrhea During Pregnancy

hello, i am 20 years old and 37 weeks pregnant. For the last 5 days i have had sharp sharp that feels like an ice pick stabbing me inside my vagina and diarrhea that has accompanied this pain. It seems to get worse as I stand. I have had protein in my urine since 28 weeks pregnant along with high blood pressure.

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the pain in vagina might not be specifically attributed to any condition in pregnancy. But if it is associated with diarrhea may be it will be spontaneously subsides if diarrhoea stops.I suggest to see your doctor as you might need antibiotics for diarrhoea.Increase your fluid intake upto 3 litres. Also take electrol powder. In pregnancy a few experience some non specific pains which subside after delivery. So dont worry.
