What Causes Pain In Urethra With Yellowish Discharge And Frequent Urination?

I am a 26 years old black male. I have a pain urethra and recently i have experience a yelowish discharge whenever i used the restroom, i also have problem to pass urine and i get the urge tp pass urine very regularly. I went to the doctor abot 3 months ago and he told me that i have an enlagre prostate and gave me medications, however i feel the same. I would like to know what is going on witgh my body at this time.

You may have some urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity testing. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin are helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

You may also have enlarged prostate and it can leads to urinary tract infection. You should go for ultrasound prostate, S. PSA level once and if needed take treatment accordingly.
