What Causes Pain In Upper Stomach Area And Ribs Area?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

It will be helpful if you mention any history of injury or heavy weight lifting.

After reading your post, I would advise that you should do hot fomentation and apply locally pain relieving gel.

You should also take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals.
If the symptoms persists, get your self clinically examined and investigated.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
