What Causes Pain In Upper Left Abdomen?

Hello. I am a female nearly 13 years old and for about a week have felt this odd discomforting yet not painful feeling in my upper left abdomen. I am sure it is not menstrual cramps. I have also been constipated, but the discomfort in my abdomen is what really concerns me. Please help.

Hi there, pain upper side of abdomen may be due to gas, as you have constipation problem, hence advice you for lifestyle modification,avoid fatty oily food, spicy food, drink plenty of oral fluid, exercise,yoga..etc.
