What Causes Pain In Upper Abdomen And Indigestion?
I have aching in my upper abdomen and indigestion. Food seems like it sits there. When I walk I feel a weight in my upper abdomen , it is an aching weight. I get nose bleeds sometimes. I have sudden urgent bowel movements several times a day and undigested food in it. Food just seems to sit. My whole stomach hurts all the time. It is crampy, sore and tender. My tongue is white. I feel a tight band around my stomach and nauseated. Food feels like it is ready to come back up.

2. Pancreatitis

in my opinion you should visit a doctor for ultrasound abdomen and upper GI endoscopy
meanwhile you can take tab omeprazole and antacids after consulting your doctor
Have plenty of fluids including ORS and fruit juices
avoid carbonated drinks fatty fried food and pizza burgers
Do not lie down immediately after food
