What Causes Pain In Throat While Talking?

hi was just wondering if you can help me. I have been noticing a little pain on the right side of my throat when i talk, near the jawbone, when swallow and even when turn my head to the left and swallow. I was thinking that maybe i could have slept wrong or something, but im thinking that it could be something else. when i eat if anything scrapes against the right side of my throat it hurts as well. What could this be?

Your symptom is may be due to an infected, enlarged tonsil, infected gum, teeth or due to mouth ulcer.

I suggest you to drink warm water, do salt water gargling 3 to 4 times a day.

If symptoms persits, do consult an ENT specialist.
