What Causes Pain In The Upper Body While Breathing?

i think I have a slight case of pneumonia. I don t really have a cold but everything in my upper body hurts. When I breath in it hurts. Every time I move my body hurts and I m taking shorter breathes for some reason,. the only things that hurt are my stomach, chest area and sides and it just started recently By way I m a fairly healthy 46y/o male. I m about 5 5 165lb. by the way I don t have cough or anything else just pains in upper body, So I m not sure if its just pains from a cold about to start or what, Hope you can help thx

pleurisy, inflammation of the lining of the lungs or chest cavity often due to infection. bronchitis, infection or inflammation of the breathing tubes within the lungs. shingles, a painful infection caused by the reactivation of the chicken pox virus

some times its also due to cold weathers. like play in snow.
