What Causes Pain In The Testicles While Sneezing Or Coughing?

hi im 19 years old about 5`11, 175 pounds latley when i sneeze or even somtimes if i cough hard enough my testicals hurt even a few seconds after i asked a family member they said to go see a doctor but i dont have time right now i was just wondering if this is anything serious?



i would really appreciate if you could answer this for me thx.
