What Causes Pain In The Testes?

Hi...my name is lazarick..and i went to the bathroom earlier today and did the #2 and after i finished mytesticles were hiring and is still hurting. i think i pushed too hard. last night i ate some spicy chili. do u think that could be on the reasons.?

Hi. Chilly has nothing to do with the testicular pains.
While passing #s there might have need a straining albeit less, this has strained the musculature of the abdominal musculature , which in turn can pull up the testes and cause rotation on the way-up causing such type of pain.
Avoid any strenuous activity and consult a Urologist as soon as possible. Get ultrasonography and color doppler studies and you may need a surgery if the Urologists feels so.
