What Causes Pain In The Shoulder, Neck And Arm With Numbness?
Im 55 years old never had a serious problem, but for the last couple of days my right shoulder, neck and arm has be hurting and kind a numb. feels like it is hurting deep inside my arm and my neck is tight and hurts when I put my head down toward my chest.

hi,
u seem to suffer from cervical spondylosis.
u need to get xray cervical spine anteroposterior and lateral
in the meantime take 6-7 sittings of IFT from the physiotherapist and start muscle relaxant and analgesic( diclofenac + chlorzoxane) twice a day. can do hot fomentation at home. apply gel over your neck.
