What Causes Pain In The Right Testicle?

Sir, m having pain in nerves of right testicles and sometimes in left also.Right testicles has become longer than left one by 1-2 cm.While urination I get burning sensation and little pain in stomach right side.on USG I found dilation of P Plexus by 2.4 mm.So, I request you to please advise me about cure of this problem.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description of symptoms and ultrasound scan report findings, it states that you are having varicocele.
Also, this could be associated with urinary tract infection.
Kindly get a urine routine examination done and consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management. You may be required to undergo operation to correct varicocele to be cured of it.
