What Causes Pain In The Right Shoulder And Arm?
My right shoulder and arm have been painful for a couple of months, but now I can t sleep on either side. It hurts to lie on my right side, and when I lie on my left side, my right shoulder feels as if it is dislocating. I cannot get comfortable any way I try.

you could be suffering from frozenshoulder.
The muscles ligaments and tendons around shoulder joint are inflamed and tender need relaxation with topical muscle relaxants and Physiotherapy treatment ( infrared or ultrasound massages and intrafarential therapies).
if you feel it is dislocating see an orthopedician who could evaluate your shoulder and suggest specific treatment.
Do do not use oral pain medications as those may cause kidney damage in long run.
