What Causes Pain In The Rib Cage?

Hi. I am a person who is in good condition but for some odd reason, inside my rib cage (What feels like my lung) is KILLING me. Even when i walk fast, it hurts really bad. I an getting pretty worried and afraid that something is wrong with me. I am pretty athletic and i started to do volleyball about three weeks ago.

I am so sorry to hear about this chest pain. Pain that starts during exercise an relieved be resting is concerning. I will suggest that you get consulted and fully evaluated t make sure that there is nothing concerning especially with the heart. Findings would help plan for further investigations and management. I will recommend that you start with your primary care physician.
