What Causes Pain In The Penis, Anus And Scrotum With Weak Erections?

Hi doctor I had a pain in my penis,acnus and scrotum and sometimes when am urinating in morning I see white water before the urine.Doctor these symptom my penis start to shrink and led to weak erection for about one and half year so please I need you advice.

As per your history please get checked your prostate first ,do an ultrasound and see sizes and if prostatitis present take antibiotics .Thanks
