What Causes Pain In The Pelvis And Lower Back?

I m a 55 year old postmenopausal women who had an endometrial biopsy last week. Today I received the results through a recording from the gynecologist s office. All they told me was that the results were normal. But I am still having pelvic pain, lower back pain & my endometrial lining is 6mm. I called my dr & left a message for the to call me as I still have questions. I m very thankful the test was normal but I m anxious to find out what may be causing my pain.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here no obvious organic cause present as your USG pelvis report normal

So gynecological problem seem less likely here..

The muscle, ligament, tendon that are attached to lower spine may strained leading pain..

Ibuprofen for five days can be prescribed for that

Physiotherapy will be beneficial

If after examination spinal causes suspected like disc prolapse, arthritis etc than MRI needed

If specific cause found than treated accordingly

Take care

Consult physician for examination with keeping all this in mind
