My aunt has been experiencing pain in the outer ear cartilage throughout the day. She has been to several doctors but they can't find out what's causing it. There is no redness or visible sore of any kind. Do you know what could be causing the pain?

I would suggest you to visit Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and start treatment after proper prescription. You should take antibiotic Ciprofloxacin along with Ibuprofen. Apply antibacterial cream such as Neosporin. You should put Otogesic ear drops 2-3 times a day. You should take proper rest. Try to avoid excessive use of mobile and try to avoid pricking it with any sharp object. You should avoid sleeping on this side. You should maintain hygiene of area.
