What Causes Pain In The Nipples?

Hi, 20 days back I went to a massage parlour and I don t know about the hiv status of the sex worker... She was nude on top and wearing jeans down. I was on disposable brief... She slightly bit my nipples and sucked them along the whole area. I felt a tingling pain. I did not notice any blood in her saliva and didn t notice any visible cuts on my nipple. Is there any risk of HIV virus entering my body through my nipples and infecting me. Although I felt slight tingling pain on my nipples for the remaining of the day. I could not see see any visible cuts on my nipples... Kindly clarify me. It s been killing me for 20 days. i did an 4th gen hiv duo test at 14 days and it came negative.. planning to do duo tests at 4 weeks and 6 weeks.. kindly clarify me about my risk of getting hiv and about the test results i obtained..

HIV can be transmitted by teeth bite by HIV infected person. But chance is very low. But you don’t know her HIV status. Also you do not have visible cut mark on your nipple. So relax and forget the incidence and take care in future. For your satisfaction, get tested for HIV.
HIV screening is done by ELISA test and confirmation is done by Western blot test. HIV test reactivity depends upon development of antibodies against HIV. Sometime it develops early, but sometimes it takes time to develop. Post exposure testing is done initially and at six weeks, three months, and six months. After six months, if it still comes non – reactive then you will be declared HIV negative. Modern HIV test is very accurate. A single screening test is correct more than 99% of the time. But for your satisfaction you can repeat the test after 3 months and after 6 months.
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
