What Causes Pain In The Neck While Swallowing?
I was talking on the phone with a client and I had a stabbing pain go from the bottom of my neck through my jaw area and it still hurts after 45 minutes. It hurts to turn my head and especially swallow. Could this be just from being on the phone a lot today or something more serious?

It sounds like there was a neck muscle pulling and it should improve within day or two.just take painkillers and apply warm compresses on neck and it will be fine.
