What Causes Pain In The Navel Along With Nausea And Headache?

My nipples hurt, i havr cramps or bubbly feeling below my belly button just above my pubic mound. I havent been sleeping well but i am so tired during the day. I have waves of nausea and headaches. 3 negative pregnancy test prove that i am not pregnant. What could be wrong..

These are nonspeciifc symptoms but first, umbilical hernia should be ruled out by ultrasound. Then, it may indicate galbladder stones anad gastsitis which are most common causes of nausea and abdominal pain. Headache may be indirect consequnce of abdominal dsorders.
