What Causes Pain In The Lungs Upon Breathing?

when i breathe in i don t feel anything to a certain point then i feel like a hiccup in my lung and a small pain. as i breath in further i don t feel anything else and as i breath out i don t feel any thing what can cause this iv had some wheezing the previous week along with a back pain

This may be caused by certain lung disorders but also, GERD or hiatal hernia may lead to this as well. You need to stop smoking if you smoke. Also, you should do lung xrays to rule out pneumotoorax or pneumonia and then it can be properly treated.
