General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

I will advise you not to neglect such symptoms

According to history simple muscular or ligament strain doesn't seem your diagnosis here

It might be nerve compression that leading back pain as well reffered pain in buttock and below that part also in leg
(bulging disc might lead nerve compression)

Your examination should be done and if needed then CT scan or MRI like investigation planned for that

According to cause further specific treatment given

If it is nerve compression then physiotherapy and pregabalin like medication is initial management

If muscle or ligament strain then ibuprofen for five days prescribed

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult nearby orthopedic surgeon for examination
