What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Abdominal Bloating?

Hi! My dad just passed away a few weeks ago. I spent alot of time in the hospitals and hospice, so maybe I could have caught something. I thought I had a bladder infection in january, took my sister in laws medication. i went to see my doctor,for lower back pain, she ordered a urine test, the results were negative. Ive been under alot of stress with my dad being ill. I feel unusually tired. A couple of days ago, after mopping my floor, i felt what i thought was a pulled muscle on my left side. It got worse quickly. I feelalot of pain through my mid back, and it feels like its wrapping around to my stomach. My stomach is very bloated too.I will probably go to urgent care, what should I ask them to run? could it be a parasite? A kidney infection?I think its weird that the pain is traveling. what do you think?

Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
Lower back pain with abdominal bloating can be due to many causes. In your case I suspect Kidney infection/ stone or Hormonal imbalance due to ovarian problems
A single urine sample may not show signs of urine infection, Mostly a morning sample collected in a sterile bottle done at least three days excludes urinary infection
If you have some menstrual problems.. along with the symptoms of bloating & back ache.- consult a gynecologist. USG pelvis will find/ exclude ovarian cyst.
