What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Rectum?
I have pain in my lower abdomen and rectum. When i urinate it hurts in my abdomen and to my butt hole. For the last 2days or so! Trying to conceive could it be a sign? Help please. Had intercourse all around ovulation and according to calendars implantation was supposed to happen on the 20th of July.

Here you should first examined your proctoscopy examination to rule out hemorrhoids or proctitis like inflammatory conditions...
Violent rough sex sometime can lead abdominal pain....
If fever is also present , USG done to rule out colitis or pelvic inflammatory disease.
Antibiotic like metronidazole given for 5 days.
Fruits taken more...
According to cause treatment given....
If still cause not clear after USG , colonoscopy might needed if symptom increasing....
