What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Black Stool?

I had a very hard pain on my right ovary went to the hospital they did a CT scan on me and said I had an oovarian cyst.they gave me some meds which made me constipated so I took a stool relaxer so that I could use the bbathroom. When I finally was able to relieve my stomach my stool was black what does that mean?

Black stool is probably sign of medications that you took and it should improve in few days Rarely black stool may be sign of bleeding in stomach but you would have some other symptoms as well. You should drink more fuids at this point and wait and see what happens. It should improve in few days.
