What Causes Pain In The Legs?

What might cause soreness in legs especially at the knees in the morning especially when first get up? Comfortable when I go to bed but in the morning, i wake up with aching in the legs especially right in the knee areas and generally declines as the day progresses. When I first leave for any place in heels, I have to usually cater that leg by going down steps leading with 1 leg and then the other, the same leg leading again and the other - etc. until down the steps and foundation of flooring determines whether it has as much pain or not.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you have arthritis which is inflammation of the joints. There are different types and causes of arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoarthritis etc

You should consider going to your doctor to be assessed. This would include physical examination, blood tests and imaging.

This would help determine the cause for your symptoms

I hope this helps
