What Causes Pain In The Leg While On Diclofenac?
I am taking diclofenac...started out taking 25 mg and it helped the pain. Saw a doctor who gave me a prescription for 50 mg. I am a 64 year old woman. I have been using this for about four weeks (usually the lower dose) but for the past week have had bad leg pain--not cramps like a charlie horse but a pain running up and down my legs

Considering your age and chronic pain, it might be likely due to osteoarthritis. There might be possible bone erosions so I would suggest having an xray done to visualize the issue.
Diclofenac or ibuprofen can be used for symptomatic relief however, they are not going to treat the cause. Please have diclofenac or ibuprofen after food as it has strong tendency to induce ulcers.
