What Causes Pain In The Leg Going Down Into The Groin Area?

i have a pain from inside of top of leg going down into groin area feels like its going into left testicle but when i touch testicle it dosent hurt had it about six weeks thought i had pulled a muscle after having a very bad chest infection with coughing and wrenching myself.cold you please advice.

It can be lumbar spondylitis causing nerve compression. I would recommend you to get x ray of your back to confirm the diagnosis. If nerve compression is there, you need pregabalin and methylcobal tablet for pain relief. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight.
