What Causes Pain In The Left Chest?

hi had some niggling left sided chest pain a few days ago. Had an ecg done which showed inverted t wave.My dr sent me straight into hospital,The cardiologist there says despite the inverted t wave my ecg is normal. Im worried as i don t know who to believe.

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that inverted T wave are normal in certain leads and if this is seen inverted in some lead where it need to be positive still associate lead need to be examined, else this is nothing to worry, take care.
