What Causes Pain In The Joints And Feet?
I haven t been sleeping good for about the last 6 months. Maybe 3 or 4 hours a night. My joints are always hurting and my feet are so sore it hurts to walk on the a lot of the times. It takes me a long time to be able to walk good after I set down for a while. when I stand up my feet and legs hurt really bad. I am always tired and I try to diet and eat healthy but I cant seem to lose any weight no matter how healthy I eat and exercise.

what is your age. it can be rheumatoid or osteo arthritis. can take nasids.ra factor be tested and after proper diagnosis treatment can be recomanded.
