What Causes Pain In The Hips?

Vertebrae below my belt ached all the time /sensitive. Legs tire out. The left hip area hurts alot when I go from standing to sitting or when I try to raise my left leg My right toes are numb. Left middle to outer quad is numb & has sporadic pain. Lower back(2 inches below and 3 inches above) is tight

Hello,
It sounds like you have a problem in the lower spine or the spinal nerves that exit the spine. The numbness in the toes is concerning. You will probably need an MRI of the lower spine to find the cause. See your doctor as soon as possible.
