What Causes Pain In The Heels?

hello i have a pain in the center of my heel tender to the touch and in the morning after not being on it for 6/8 hrs it takes a few minutes to be able to walk normally the pain sometimes speads to the ankle causing discomfort walking o it all day is bearable

The heel pain may be due to various reasons. It may be due to Achilles' tendon injury or some form of arthritis. Your history of morning pain points towards some kind of arthritis but can be some injury also.
