What Causes Pain In The Eyes And Headache On Seeing Computer Screen?
Hi. When I look at the computer screen my eyes hurt in such a way that it gives me a headache. Seems to be worst when looking at web pages or windows with white backgrounds. Goes immedietely away when I look away from screen towards other places in room.

first thing may be computer vision syndrome causing dry eye so you must use anti glare specs and anti glare screen before computer screen. apply artificial tear drop in eye for 2times daily. staring look without blinking give rise to such symptoms. one thing you move out of computer blink and look through window to outside. soon you will be alright.
