What Causes Pain In The Elbow And Hand On The Right?
i am on the computer about 10 hrs a day. im 63 and i have been getting an annoying pain, throbbing from the elbow down to and including into my hand, on the right side. after the pain comes the feeling of needles poking me and that has seemed to make my fingertips numb. im thinking its from the computer and it is getting worse
Hello, Thanks for your query. I carefully read your query and able to find your point of concern.
Don't worry there is no serious condition behind your pain.
I think it is due to malposition of hand and forearm for long time during computer work.
I advice you take rest in every 15 minutes. Change your mouse to makes your hand position comfortable. Associate that you can use a pain killer like ibupofen, ketorolac etc. A muscle relaxant like Baclofen.
If no improvement occur then go to physiotherapist.
I think it will help you. Wish your good health. Regards Dr. Atique
