What Causes Pain In The Elbow After Weight Training?
I am a woman in good health in my early 30 s. I work out on a regular basis including lifting weights. Last week, after my upper body weight training, I noticed a pain on the inside of my right elbow. The paid went away in a day or two. Two days ago I did another upper body weight training workout. The pain came back but it was not terrible. Today I picked up my 25 pound child. After that, I noticed the veins on the inside of my elbow and other veins on my forearm and wrist were popping out and there is a slight tingly feeling. The orthopedist cannot see me for another 2 1/2 weeks and the person answering the phone did not seem concerned and said going to the ER wasn t necessary. Do you have any idea what is causing the issues? Is there anything I can do at home to help so I don t have to wait 2 1/2 weeks to start treatment?
hi dear. i will suggest to stop weight training for awhile now. its can some kind of nerve entrapment. since you have tingling sensation. you can take vitamin b and calcium supplements . its always safe to get it checked. its not an emergancy. do some cold compress on the elbow. thank you .please do rate my answer

hi dear. i will suggest to stop weight training for awhile now. its can some kind of nerve entrapment. since you have tingling sensation. you can take vitamin b and calcium supplements . its always safe to get it checked. its not an emergancy. do some cold compress on the elbow. thank you .please do rate my answer
