I don t know what is wrong with me. I have had sharp pain in my right middle ear for four years now.. I get Sounds when am talking and yawning like there is something. I feel dizzy and i have headaches. And the pain is starting to affect the right side of my face. Please help me figure out what the problem is.
Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.
Usually this happens when there is a perforation in the ear drum you hear sounds, when you yawn pressure changes in the ear cause you to hear sounds and feel dizzy or get vertigo, I wouls suggest you to visit an ENT specialist as soon as possible to get a complete checkup. You doctor will look into your ear with an otoscope so see what problems are there if nothing is visible high end testing can be done.
There is nthing emergent but this thing should be sorted out before it gets real bad.
I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you. Regards.
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
