thanks for the question dear user clitoris is tissue mass situated near vagina as it have very rich blood supply so while intercourse rubbing on it or having sex causes massive blood flow to clitoris leading to excessive feelings burns . some time due to improper handling it may get injured so thats the cause of bleeding ,and when that cut area comes in contact with urine it will burn because vagina and urinary opening are very closely placed .but make sure that you may get it confused it with burning micturation which is sign of urinary tract infection if so get antibiotics and urinary alkalizer.such as syrup cital drink a lot of water ..if problem persist go see a gyneacologist. if want more help get back to me thank you have a great day
